Anyone with an interest in Somerset’s libraries has one more month to take part in the County Council’s consultation on the future of its Library Service.

The consultation ends on Wednesday 13 June and more than 4,000 responses have been received so far.

Somerset County Council is keen for anyone yet to complete the questionnaire to go online at…

The Coffee Morning held on Saturday 19th May raised £505.58 for  PCA Funds and Local Charities

Many thanks to all who helped to make the 2018 10k event yet another success.

With out the marshals, car park attendants, catering staff, sign erecters, water stop supervisors, timekeepers, admin staff, ambulance crew etc the event  would not  happen.

Ines Braun and the Gillingham  Trotters continue to support the event with their organisational skills

My thanks this year also goes to Karin Hurd for allowing us to use the only semi dry field in the village for car …

Our rhubarb forcing pots have walked from our vegetable garden.  If anybody saw this happening, please let us know.

 They were doing their job and we need them for that and for sentimental reasons.
