We were approached again by John Jenkins, a long term supporter of our ringing, who asked us to ring in memory of his parents, Oswald and Betty Jenkins. We did so at our practice last night and below is a link to one of the pieces that we rang.
The Jenkins used to live in Chaffeymoor and worshipped in St Michael's. John lives near San Francisco in California.

I have received a report today of a dog being poisoned, possibly by cannabis, up on the ridge in one of the lay-bys near the gallops. The dog is being treated but very nearly died. The owner will inform the police.
