Another Fantastic village fete. This year the teas in the Village Hall were a great success again, only due to all the help given both on the Friday before with all the setting up and then on the Saturday with all the amazing help we received running the "Tea Shop".Then of course the wonderful selection of homemade cakes, cookies and sandwiches which were so kindly donated by you all. Thank you so much.
This brings me to another big Thank You to both Helen and Neil Marley. This year they have joined Roger and myself in the main running of the Fete Teas. This has made the whole event much easier and enjoyable for us.
My next very big thank you must go to Neil Marley for his skillful making and donation of the Counter Guards for the cake tables. This has made serving so much easier for us.
I must mention the very kind loan of the Tea Urn from Bourton Village Hall, this gave Adrian the easier task to produce a constant supply of Boiling water!
So all in all THANK YOU to all those who helped to make this such a success.
