Ringing for those killed in World War I

Ringing for those killed in World War I

On Wednesday 16th October at 11:00 am, we will ring the bells, half muffled, in memory of Gunner Fred Meatyard.

This is the 100th anniversary of his death.

This is the last of these commemorative rings to mark the death of each person recorded on the War Memorial as casualties of the World War I.
