Oil tank security

A message from Neighbourhood Watch - please note there has been a rise in theft of fuel from fuel tanks on properties in the rural community in parts of Somerset.  It is evident that some fuel tanks have not been secured.  Please remind those with fuel tanks to check their security and to report all suspicious activity/vehicles to the police on 101.

Thank you Bruce; an incorrectly installed heating/hot water system by people trading as plumbers has the same effect on one's oil tank!
