After school on Friday I am driving all the way to Snowdonia with a small group of mad friends to take on the Welsh 3000s Challenge!  After about 3 hours sleep we'll position to walk up Snowdon at first light before commencing a 'yomp' across all 15 x 3,000' high mountains in one daylight helping before walking off the mountains at the other end.  I'm hoping to top up the funds I raised in 2014 for Spinal Research following my Dad braking his neck and becoming paralysed.  Please take the time to visit my fundraising site and if possible sponsor me:  www.justgiving.com/backus   If the weather is unsafe, we'll try again next weekend but if that isn't any good we'll cancel, so please be prepared to sponsor me based on the 290 miles and 36,000' (1 mile) height gain I've run this year in preparation.
