In a break with tradition, before the formal meeting we will have a talk by Richard Price, the Clock and Watch expert of Antiques Roadshow fame. Richard will be happy to do a “mini Roadshow” so if you have a clock or watch you want valued or simply want to know more about it, please do bring it along.

Refreshments will be served before the start of the AGM.

1. a.      Resolution 1-2016

An addition to para 2 Purposes – “To act as agent for the day to day running of Pen Selwood Community Field – Charity Number 1048354, Pen Selwood Hall Trust – Charity Number 304610 (subject to their trustees making such appointment of agent, which it is understood will be made at the next AGM of each body) and any other village club as might meet its purposes.”

1. b.     Resolution 2-2016

During discussions between the Club committee, the Pen Selwood Community Field committee and the Pen Selwood Hall Trust committee it was anticipated that, as part of the reorganisation, a new organisation would be created and the Club wound up. In working through the details of these changes, it is considered administratively simpler to change the name of the Club.

The new name of the club will be decided at a future meeting, on a date to be agreed but before the end of 2016. All members are invited to submit suggested names for consideration at that meeting.

1. A representative drawn from each of Pen Selwood Community Field and Pen Selwood Hall Trust trustees
2. A representative from Pen Selwood Parish Council
3. A representative from the Parochial Church Council
4. A representative from any other club as might meet the Club’s purposes, and where the Club Committee agrees that committee representation is deemed prudent.
