DISRUPTION OF TRAFFIC ON THE UNDERHILL ROAD - 7TH TO 9TH JAN POSTPONED TILL MID FEBRUARY

 Very sadly, due to weather and health I am unable to proceed with the maintenance and trees over hanging the highway as planned.

 I will keep you informed but I am aiming for new dates during the middle to end Feb.

Dear Councillors,

With regards to the letter send to me by your Parish Clerk dated 20 Nov requesting maintenance by landowners for hedges and trees over-handing the highway.

My property abuts with Underhill road and it is my intention to start work between 7^th to 9^th Jan. This will cause short periods of disruption as the tree surgeon fells branches onto the road for which I apologise in advance to road users.

The dates for the work are of course dependant on the weather.
