Subject: Re: Pen Selwood Community Meeting - Friday 17th February

Dear Tony,

I just wanted to drop you a very quick line to say thank you for organising, hosting and chairing the meeting on Friday so well.

I hope you agree that it was a very valuable meeting and ought to prove remarkably productive.  Do please keep me in touch as BT scope out the village and I can help to press them on a revised costing for the Community Fibre Partnership scheme.

If you need any help with communicating with Voneus, do let me know, and – once we have the information from BT, as I mentioned, I’ll be delighted to write officially to the heads of Openreach and CDS, along with Gigaclear, to press for a revision to Phase 2 to include the village and/or funding from one of the possible sources available, on the basis of the previous inaccurate information.

Do feel free to pass on my correspondence to anyone else in the village, if that’s useful, and I’d be happy to return for a further meeting, again if you consider that would be of value.

Thank you again Tony for your tremendous efforts, and I do look forward to seeing you soon.

With best wishes,

David
