Choose British National Grid as a backdrop

Click on LIDAR Composite to put a tick in the box

Then Zoom in to Pen Selwood. You'll see the Pits. Follow them up on the East flank of the river up towards Stourhead.

Its fun to look at Stonehenge and Danebury fort too.

Note data is recorded for flood protection purposes so doesn't cover hill tops. Hence only half of Penselwood is covered.

The LIDAR shows surface relief and filters out vegetation such as trees.
