No problem Gilly, well done for getting on and doing it. I encourage more people to try. We all learn from our mistakes and this one is easy to remedy. I've tidied up but next time if you go to the Option tab near the top of the page there is an option to delete the discussion.

I hope you find someone able to offer a solution. I'm not a user.
