A "Wildlife and Habitat Group" event. Come to Bourton Village Hall with your children and grandchildren and meet Chris Sperring MBE, broadcaster and naturalist, with his own beautiful barn owl "Bellatrix", and learn how to protect this highly endangered species. Chris, from the Hawk and Owl Trust, is an acknowledged expert on the conservation of the Barn Owl of which there are less than 2000 breeding pairs remaining in the UK. Chris will be surveying potential Barn Owl hunting territories supporting large Field Vole populations in the parish and surrounding area during the afternoon, so please get in touch if you believe you have a suitable site for our owl boxes. This event is funded by Bourton's Wildlife and Habitats Group. Free Admission - Donations please to assist Chris's excellent work.

We will be prepared! Thanks for the heads up!
I can definitely confirm that the talk by Chris Sperring will be at 7.30 pm, not 7.00 pm as was mentioned in error to parents at Bourton School on the last day of term. Please pass this information on to as many parents as possible.
This event was advertised at Bourton School as 1900 start so children could attend but I guess 1930 is the new start time - anyone know for certain?
