Broadband speed.
In case others are affected, we have experienced a major fall-off in broadband download speed to 0.11 mbps. It has been reported to BT and they are sending out engineers within the next 48 hours

Well done, BT. They restored my broadband within the promised 48 hours and telephoned to check that it was working properly, also as promised.

Mine is slow too though not as slow as yours. about 1 Mb/s
