Purpose

The History Society is for everyone interested in the history of Pen Selwood.  We foster and promote the study and appreciation of local history by sharing what we each know about the past.

The meetings will be held monthly  between October and April usually on Wednesdays at 7:30pm in private homes. We may arrange some outdoor daytime visits.

If you are interested in the original OS maps of Pen Selwood you can view them here. http://maps.nls.uk/index.html Just do a search on Penselwood.

And get a printed or digital copy for a modest cost.
