Underhill Pot holes warning UPDATE + FURTHER UPDATE

The worst of the two close together potholes has been fixed but badly, so they will come back to hopefully do a better job.  Still chasing to get the other fixed. 14/03/25

There are two very bad and very difficult to avoid potholes on Underhill.  There are others but these are the worst.   Driving downhill they are both in line with your right side wheels, one shortly before Woodlands and one shortly before Rest and be Thankful.  They have been reported by me and I think by others.  You can go on Somerset Council website and report them again yourselves if you wish.  Maybe that might help expedite things.  As things stand the Council contractors have 28 days within which to fix potholes once reported and confirmed by their inspector.  With new tyres often costing £250 it's worth taking care.

26 Feb.  The lower one has now been fixed.  Not clear why they didn't do the other one.
