The Beacon for the Queen's 90th Birthday on 21 April

Many people celebrated around the beacon  on top of Beacon Hill on 21 April. A collection was taken for the Royal Agricultural Benevolent Institution (RABI).

Here is a letter from RABI to Charles Buckler acknowledging the money raised.

Bruno Peek, the Pageantmaster coordinated beacons around the country and overseas. He copied on a letter of thanks from the Queen.
