Pen Selwood’s 65th Traditional Village Fete plus Flower & Produce Show.

On the borders of Dorset and Wiltshire, just off the A303 near Wincanton, the South Somerset village of Pen Selwood celebrate 65 years of our traditional Village Fete.

Free children’s activity all afternoon - Circus Skills. Local band ’Mustang Sally’ returns to provide free entertainment. Get up close to some classic and vintage cars (cars by invitation - due to space restrictions). The Pen Barbeque opens at noon. Crepes with veggie option also available. Wash your lunch down with something from the Beer Tent - local guest ales and draught cider feature. All your favourites will be there including Books, Bottle Tombola, Cakes, Grand Draw, Plants & Produce, Children’s toys plus Children’s Tombola, and very popular Village Teas. Come early to grab the best bargains at Pen’s amazing White Elephant stalls and the pre-loved clothing tent. Enjoy the colourful displays in the Church when you visit the Annual Flower, Craft & Produce Show. Parking.

Start time 12 noon til 4.30 - 5.00pm. Grand Draw approx 4.15pm. Free entry, parking in adjacent field by donation. Please note - no Dogs on Fete Field. Proceeds to be divided between St Michael’s Church and the Pen Selwood Community Association which maintains the Commuity Field and Village Hall.
Note one step down into the Church, ramp into Village Hall.
