If you are weighing up the risks then remember there are three key factors that determine risk of exposure: proximity to people; duration of exposure; and how confined the environment is. The greatest peril lies where the three overlap.
Two metres away from someone is better than one metre.
One minute in a shop is better than browsing for 15 minutes.
Outdoor meetings are better than indoors as the air and therefore the virus disperses more easily.
