Spring litter pick

What a glorious day for a litter pick! Lots of people turned out to collect litter and enjoyed some refreshments afterwards in the village hall. Great to report that in general there seemed to be less litter around than last year. Salters hill once again produced the most, including some items of brand new clothing with tags on which seemed odd.
Well done to everyone who helped, it really makes a difference.
