Record Fete results

The treasurer's report for the fete says: The results are again marvellous.  Once again the White Elephant has achieved the record as an individual stall and was the major contributor to the record result.

Expenses are also higher by £367, in part because of the costs of the beer tent (£267) (though these include stock of £100 of plastic glasses which will be used in future years) and in part due to increased insurance costs (£50) and tent hire (£60).

But overall, our community can feel proud of once more putting in the effort to run a fun event and raise a sum of money for the village which is the envy of many. I propose a total distribution of £4800 (in the agreed proportions) which leaves about the same funds as before.
