Some of you may have noticed some yellow bailer twine around the gate at the end of Monarch's Way before the woods leading to Coombe Street. We have been told that this is highly likely to have been put there as a "marker" for criminal activity. We have been advised to pass on this information to our neighbours. If anyone notices anything unusual please let us know. Suffice to say we have removed the bailer twine.

Village Fete - Bottle Stall Tombola

If anyone is venturing to the Pub Night tomorrow Friday 6th August) at the Village Hall who would still like to make a contribution to the bottle stall for the fete, please bring your donation along and it will be gratefully collected.
