Chains stolen

On Friday 12 May two useful chains were stolen from Pear Ash Farm. The following day a field gate above Underhill was deliberately left open to allow sheep to escape onto the road. The gate is now padlocked. If you have any information about either of these events or know the whereabout of the chains please contact Charles Buckler on 840377.

On Tuesday 9 May at around 5pm when a man driving a beaten up dark green or black Golf was seen driving out of the drive of Forest Lodge, away from the house, with a black hoody right down over his face. He sped up and didn’t stop - a delivery man or friend would have stopped. He has been seen on two other occasions on the hill up to the village and has overtaken one of the girls who works for Lucy Nelson in an aggressive fashion. Lucy has reported this to the police and has put locks on all… Continue
