DESCRIPTION:As you may have seen from the notices, the village hall AG
 M is to be held in the hall on Wednesday 10th April at 7.30pm.\n\nFrom
  last year's Community Plan questionnaire it seems that some 90% of us
  use or visit the hall so why not come along and tell us what you thin
 k and maybe even get involved.\n\nThe Community Plan also highlighted 
 a number of ideas for more informal activity in Pen including, most po
 pularly, the idea of pub nights and the idea of a cafe. The Hall has n
 ow obtained a premises licence which means we can follow up on the pub
  night idea. More immediately the village cafe idea becomes reality wi
 th the opening of 'The Black Bin Cafe' on Friday 12th April. This will
  run every other Friday morning from 10-12 on - you guessed it - black
  bin collection days.\n\nWhat else might we use the hall for to the be
