DESCRIPTION:Hello Everyone,\n \nIf you trust the Met Office, as I do,
  the outlook for Fete Week is promising. Nonetheless, there is much to
  do this week to prepare for Fete day on Saturday.\n \nFriday will be
  the big set-up day. From 17:00, we will set up tents, gazebos, and st
 alls – see the attached plan. Please come to the community field to 
 help erect the various structures. Help is also needed to support Tony
  Appleton collecting tables from Bourton Village Hall.\n \nOn Thursda
 y at 17:00, we need four or five chaps to help Tony Appleton to erect 
 the “Village Tent”. Please can you help?\n \nIf you have any ques
