Fight against building site rubbish tip rallies in Pen Selwood

Read the article in the Western Gazette.

The planning application 15/00562/CPO was the subject of an Open meeting in the village. It was formally withdrawn on 27 August 2015.  Consequently, the application will not now be reported to the Regulation Committee on the 3 September 2015.

Great news that this planning application has been withdrawn. However, just as the dumping commenced months before the application was even submitted, it may well continue after its withdrawal, unless sufficient objectors ask SCC to take action to punish those who either ignore planning regulations, or act in anticipation of the them being passed.
